She was made a vice president in 2012, when she returned to the Punta Gorda office as retail and business banking officer. She graduated from St. Paul College with a degree in business management and began her banking career as a personal banker while still in college. She has worked in the Englewood, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda markets for the past eight years, most recently as a branch manager for another financial institution in Punta Gorda prior to joining the Bank. Originally from Alaska, Lindsey began her banking career after high school at a community bank.
Charlene studied at Grossmont College and holds a Branch Manager Certificate from the Florida Bankers Association. Additionally, she is an active member in the community and has dedicated time to many local causes and organizations including the Suncoast Humane Society, Rotary, and Leadership Englewood, a program of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Mike, love spending time with their two children, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
Originally joining the Bank as a teller specialist in 2016, Gwen was quickly promoted to personal banker. In 2017, she transferred to the Englewood branch, where she held the position of retail operations manager. In this role she is responsible for the customer service management of the branch office. She is familiar with all retail, business and electronic banking products and services the bank offers and has the experience and capability to function in any branch team position if needed. Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back-office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. Joanne earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami a year after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Florida State University.
He has been involved in banking since 1996 and has more than 20 years' experience working in wealth management. In 2019, Joanne signed on as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and she became a community board member of the organization in 2020. He is a former council member for the Give Well Foundation, served 16 years on the Community Investment Team for United Way of Central Florida, was a booster for Harrison Performing Arts School guitar department and a volunteer for youth baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, travel, sports, and spending time with family.
When not at the office, Gwen enjoys going to the Rotonda West American Legion and VFW to listen to the adventures of those who served in the military. A graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute, she currently serves as club treasurer. Becky and husband, Brian, have two “beautiful children." In her spare time, Becky enjoys being with her family, traveling, and reading. Actively involved in her community, Becky joined the Venice MainStreet Board for 2022. She has served in many volunteer positions at Garden Elementary, Venice Middle School, and Venice High School. Terese brings over 30 years of banking experience, many of those years spent originating new mortgage loans for customers. A Charlotte County resident, Joe is involved in the community as a member of the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club and the Englewood YMCA community board, as well as the Finance and Audit Committee for the Charlotte Community Foundation. Joe also dedicates time serving on the board of Englewood Area Youth Baseball (EAYB), an organization that supports local youth to grow in both sportsmanship and baseball skills. When not at the bank, Joe spends time with his three children and wife of over 15 years exploring the natural beauty of Florida while golfing, boating, fishing, and hunting.
